Looking for Admins and moderators

well...School is keeping me busy ; specially now that I suddenly suck at maths (i got an 3,5!!! (the lower is 2,0!!))
So i'm looking for admins and moderators.
To be an admin you have requeriments, you need to:
1.-Be responsible.
2.-Have enough time for the forum, not neglecting school, university, work or family.
3.-Be a good example for the rest of the users
4.-Have some HTML or bbCode knowledge (although every change on the forum must be discussed with me first)*
5.-Be serious

(* is not really hard after all)
